The Competence Paradigm of the Future Teacher of Choreography: the Experience of the PRC

The issues of professional training future teachers choreographic disciplines have always aroused the researchers’ interest. A number historical and pedagogical, experimental studies highlight training, forming readiness specialists in choreography. However, comparative studies, where comparing experience leading countries world a particular specialty is progressive contributes to adaptation best practices work higher education institutions, are gaining significant demand among scientists. choreography People's Republic China (PRC) interest terms traditions that accumulated this country over centuries. purpose article determine components competence paradigm teacher for their implementation choreographers Ukraine. methodological basis research has complex nature, combining following methods: historical, system analytical, contextual, comparative. Results. Based on study literature, authors determined activities an integral, holistic creation personality specialist, which includes carry out special knowledge (history, theory practice art, methods teaching different types (classical, modern, folk stage dance, etc.), modern directions art); skills (choreographic skills, ability use basics methodology innovative activities, improvise, design implement educational process taking into account socio-cultural situation level development abilities children's group real virtual fashionable dance movements, create repertoire levels complexity accordance with social cultural needs society); (artistic creative, artistic aesthetic, mental, literacy, team building, self-development based reflection results communication technologies, find information from various sources (electronic, written, archival oral)); personal qualities (creative independence, performance emotional mobility, improvisation, tolerance, empathy, spirituality, etc.). Conclusions. It addition knowledge, indicated above, competent cultural, cross-cultural, artistic, professional-artistic artistic-stage competence.
